Multi-family housing building in Patras. The neighborhood, despite being well-connected, including by public transport, to Patras' city center, has strict height limitations and comprises mostly of large detached single-family homes. The resulting project balances between the need for densification and the existing suburban qualities of the plot by becoming an urban villa, open to all sides, generating six corner units with large balconies and a common roof terrace.
