Filis Apartment, 2022, study

Study for the conversion of an underground industrial space into housing in Athens. The project adresses the limited daylight by using different types of transparent divisions, creating a variety of spatial conditions. A newly created loggia facing the courtyard provides same-level access to exterior spaces.
