Polykatoikia in Patras I, 2025, ongoing

Multi-family housing building in the center of Patras. The project responds to a range of conflicting constraints: a small plot in a dense urban environment, a Roman tomb in the basement, a doctor's office on the ground floor, apartments of various sizes reflecting the city's large urban population, and the mandatory setback on the upper floor. A sunken courtyard at ground level reveals the archaeological remains while buffering the doctor's office from the busy street. All apartments enjoz double or triple orientation.
